Milo is a percussionist and transdisciplinary artist from San Luis Potosí (Huasteco-Pame), based in Mexico City since 2017.
His work uses rhythm to awaken new states of thought and sensory perception—creating experiences that spark personal growth.
Over thirty years of drumming, he has performed and collaborated across contemporary music festivals, residencies, and concert series. He composes what he calls “scene-visions” and the “constellar system”—open, improvisation-based scores that transform materials into poetic environments.
His inspiration often comes from nature.
A natural educator and lifelong autodidact, Milo blends formal training in jazz, orchestral percussion, and African drumming traditions with deep improvisation and interdisciplinary practices.
He teaches privately, leads workshops, gives lectures, and designs projects that move beyond convention—cultivating spaces where the Self can create, express, and resonate.
