La Batería Suspendida -the suspended drum set- is an Instrumental-Installation, conceived and built by Jerónimo Naranjo, composer, performer, instrument creator and founder of Bucareli 69 Casa de Artes in Mexico City. This Instrumental-Installation reinterprets, expands and literally suspends, one of the most emblematic instruments invented in the United States in the 20th Century: the drum-set. It was conceived with the intention of generating the collaboration, transcending the conventional barriers of music and art, offering an unprecedented exploration of the inherent sonic and sensory richness of its components.
