My work is an interdisciplinary study of percussiveness—an inquiry into its qualia and its complex resonance in nature, philosophy, and the somatic self. I operate where composition, performance, and research converge, driven by an eco-psychoacoustic awareness. This practice is a method of affective listening: an attempt to de-anthropomorphize creation and seek ethical visions within the planet's own rhythms. Through writing, education, and hybrid performance, I explore how rhythm can forge renewed possibilities for community, through the arts and beyond.
